Elizabeth Mangone

Graduate Student, MA

Elizabeth Mangone is an MA student and a fellow in the Digital Art History Lab. She holds a BA from Furman University with majors in Studio Art and Economics. Her research focus is on Modern and Contemporary Art, with a special interest in late nineteenth and early twentieth century abstraction. In the summer of 2020 she completed an internship at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art, where she curated an exhibition of artwork from the permanent collection, entitled “Unpacking the Abstract: Emotion and Reaction.”
